Christmas is the story of God keeping His promise by sending a Savior into a broken world. Jesus was born in humble, messy circumstances, showing that God works through the ordinary and reaches the unlikely. The angel’s announcement to the shepherds brought good news and great joy for all people—fear was replaced with hope. From the manger to the cross, Jesus came as the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world. Christmas reminds us that salvation is God’s gift, received by believing in and confessing Jesus as Lord, and that those who encounter Him are changed and called to share the good news.
